- Because notion has yet implemented a native automated number list that increases when you make a new entry inside a database, you will have to manually enter a # as an ID for each question (If you know a workaround by all means use it, though doing it manually isn’t as bad as one might think).

- Each time you do a flashcard you will either have it right or wrong, if you answer correctly then you move the number up one at a time, if you get it wrong, then go back to 0 always. The counter must always start at 0.

- Each time you answer a question (either you get it right or wrong) you should time yourself and document it as a measure of progress. To make the time documentation the easiest way possible, you just have to write the time the literal way.
- Example 1: you spent 2 minutes and 30 seconds (2:30) Then just write → 230
- Example 2: you spent 1 minute and 55 seconds (1:55) Then just write → 155

- Here I recommend you only name your flashcard as either “Memory” or “Exercise”, that way you don’t spoil yourself with the topic, and also in the case of filtering it’s easier, but you can name them whatever you want.

<img src="/icons/new-badge_gray.svg" alt="/icons/new-badge_gray.svg" width="40px" /> State
- Each “Times right” number is connected to a flashcard state, whenever you cross the number (3) threshold you will go from “new” to “learned” and when you cross the (6) threshold you will go from “learned” to “mastered”. Ideally you will maintain yourself in the high numbers. You should always do more “New” than “Learned” and “Mastered”, because you are answering them wrong more frequently.

- This column measures your performance based on the time you spend on a question. Each time is related to a performance label (you can change them if you like) based on the aproximate time one should spend on a GMAT Quant question.
